Dental Emergencies
Patients with an emergency will be given priority. The earlier an emergency patient arrives at our office, the sooner that patient will be seen by the doctor. If the pain is not that severe, the patient will be worked into that day’s schedule of appointments.
Payments and Insurance Procedures
The fee for each itemized dental service will be listed and discussed. A copy will be given to you upon request. Payments are required in full at each visit when treatment is performed. Special payment plans are available in certain cases. If your proposed treatment is very extensive, ask Dr. Goldberg whether you are eligible for a discount option or financing plan with deferred interest for 3, 6, or 12 months.
Please notify the secretary that the first or second visit whether you have dental insurance. Dental insurance forms will be filled out after treatment is completed and paid for. Dr. Goldberg and Associates are not participating dentists with any insurance company. The insurance reimbursement depends upon your company and insurance contract.
